During the same session, when the complainant was lying on his stomach, the massage therapist continued to massage the top of his thighs and repeatedly touched the victim around the outside of his anus with his finger.According to the complaint filed by the 41-year-old man, he had visited the massage therapist for help with chronic muscle spasms after a spinal injury.

New York Times, the U.S. Justice Department put out a report that found the failures of the FBI’s investigation “allowed Nassar to continue treating patients for eight months” at Michigan State University and “at a local gymnastics center and a high school.”  After the athletes testified on Wednesday, Christopher Wray, the director of the FBI since 2017, to them. But the athletes say that this isn't enough.

“As most of you are aware, I was molested by the U.S. Gymnastics’ national team and Olympic team doctor, Larry Nassar,” McKayla Maroney said at the start of her testimony at a Senate Judiciary Committee hearing on Wednesday (Sept. 15). “What I’m trying to bring to your attention today is something incredibly disturbing and illegal. After telling my story of abuse to the FBI in the summer of 2015, not only did the FBI not report my abuse, but when they eventually documented my report, 17 months later, they made entirely false claims about what I said.”

FBI officials who investigated the allegations of sexual abuse against Larry Nassar have been accused of violating the agency’s policies in their investigation. On Sept. 15, a Senate committee held a hearing regarding the FBI’s handling of the entire situation. Some of Nassar’s most well-known victims, Simone Biles, Aly Raisman, McKayla Maroney and Maggie Nichols, were in attendance to testify.
