All the new Covid rules for Wales from Boxing Day

First Minister Mark Drakeford has announced that revised level two restrictions will be reintroduced in Wales from Boxing Day, as Omicron infections rise.

The new measures will bring tough Covid rules for pubs, restaurants, cinemas and theatres. People also won't be allowed to meet in groups of more than six in hospitality, cinemas and theatres as the "Rule of Six" returns.

Indoors, people are limited to meeting in groups of up to 30, while outdoor events are to be capped at 50 people. Read more:How long do PCR test results take to come back?

All the new measures will be introduced from 6am on Boxing Day. The ban on nightclubs opening, crowds at sports fixtures and the return of social distancing in Wales - which had already been announced
