As nervous viewers rang up for advice on their personal issues, Alison, who also apologised to fans she'd blocked because she thought they were insulting her by calling her the "GOAT", shared her own experience with her body image.
Having already been incredibly open about her weight loss battle and yo-yo diets over the years, Alison has recently committed to a health and fitness drive in her life.
While the star has said she feels better than ever as she continues her journey, only last year she talked about suffering with "uncontrollable obesity".
