Budget supermarket Aldi has revealed a wish list of new store locations across the UK - including three parts of Greater Manchester.

And what's more is that the retailer is offering shoppers a finder’s fee if they can help find suitable sites. The German supermarket has more than 960 stores across the country, and is looking to expand their empire into Cheadle, West Didsbury and Wigan.

It comes as the UK’s fifth largest supermarket has been on a rapid expansion drive in recent years, growing its market share by nine per cent.

Aldi is looking for sites in a freehold town centre or edge-of-town plot of around 1.5 acres, and are able to fit a 20,000 square foot store with around 100 parking spaces.
