Alan Halsall has bemoaned perceived inconsistencies in the government's coronavirus regulations. The 'Coronation Street' star has taken to Twitter to voice his displeasure at the regulations, after Scotland soccer star Billy Gilmour was forced to self-isolate after testing positive for COVID-19, while his teammates have been allowed to continue playing at the Euros.
Alan, 38 - who plays Tyrone Dobbs in the ITV soap - wrote on the micro-blogging platform: "If Billy Gilmour was at school, the whole year would be sent home for 10 days regardless of test results…. . !!
Not saying I agree but the rules are so different for so many of us (sic)" Last year, Alan hosted Andy Whyment's wedding anniversary celebration at his house.
