Adele has revealed some of her closest friends didn’t like Easy on Me when they first heard the record-breaking single.The first track released from her new album 30 has already outsold the rest of the UK Top 10, but her pals were not impressed when she first played the track to them.

Speaking to Greg James on Radio 1s’ Breakfast Show, she admitted: “I sent a snippet of me singing it as I was writing it to three of my closest friends here.
