South Lanarkshire Council is ensuring all disabilities are recognised in educational settings across the area.The local authority has launched an accessibility strategy which is in line with government guidance to ensure that all buildings are accessible and meet every child’s needs.The strategy promotes equality and gives the opportunity for all learners to reach their potential, taking account of their needs or protected characteristics.The Lanarkshire Live app is available to download now.
