A brave mum-of-two has told of her battle back to freedom - and her life - after more than two years living in isolation under the total control of an 'egotistical, narcissistic abuser'.

Violent drug addict Thomas Fosbrook, 33, cut Holly Jepson off from her family, friends and the 'outside world' inside their sparse flat on the eighth floor of a tower block.

A judge said evil Fosbrook treated Holly, 23, as 'nothing more than an object to satisfy [his] demands'.
