A-list Hollywood stars take filming of new Marvel venture to Livingston Football Stadium
dailyrecord.co.ukA football stadium in West Lothian appears to be the latest venue chosen as a film location for a new Marvel movie.Locals spotted Hollywood A-list actor Samuel L Jackson earlier this week, with film trailers photographed at Almond Valley Heritage Centre in Livingston.On Tuesday, trailers, production crew and a food truck were seen outside the Tony Macaroni Arena in Livingston, believed to be a set for new film The Marvels, also staring Brie Larson, Gemma Chan and Tessa Thompson.Almond Valley posted on Facebook: "A little bit of Hollywood came to Almond Valley this week as our overflow car park was transformed into the production village of a major film production."A string of big fancy trailers parked up in our field, providing base camp for cast and crew as they filmed at various local locations.

Jackson."Saturday and Sunday were supposed to be quiet days for the film production, with the big trailers shunted into a corner of the field so as not to get in the way of our visitors.
But plans changed, (that’s show biz) and the full crew decided to move out today, just as happy visitors were arriving for a mother’s day visit to Almond Valley.
