Earlier this week, #A$APFergIsOverParty began trending on Twitter. Fans of Nicki Minaj, who features along with MadeInTYO on Ferg's new song "Move Ya Hips," had been pushing the song online since its release in late July, hoping for a No.1 debut for on the Billboard Hot 100.
However, some Minaj fans (or "Barbz") believe that Ferg's team did not submit website sales of "Move Ya Hips" to Billboard, leading to the song's (still impressive!) debut at No.19.
So, the Barbz were pissed, and I doubt they'll be soothed any by the release of the "Move Ya Hips" video. Nicki Minaj isn't in it.
